MUSEUM IS CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

A collection of over 700 species native to Louisiana is presented in colorful exhibits, dioramas, and a 15,000-gallon aquarium. The extinct Ivory Billed Woodpecker and Passenger Pigeon display offers a rare opportunity to view these rare species. Children can climb a hidden staircase in a tree house and peer through binoculars to search for various species of birds.
